Mounts are for 70 level to start with. Costs 20 mil (if you dont screw up on your first try) The level 120 Mounts are the upgrade from the level 70, costs 50 mil and lots of items The level 200 Mount i think is free... dunno   The Patch should be done in 1 hour and 28 minutes if they stick to their regular time
