Check if your network adapter is overheating. [Probably] Perhaps, clean the insides of your desktop with some compressed air [after its been unplugged of course] - Dust might cause your network adapter to overheat

Play on a less populated channel You're going to get around 200+ ping by default, so theres no fixing that [unless you want to hop on a plain to the US, that is]
