Actually we will be having PvP but a whole new system. Its out in some versions like Taiwan Ms.Its not what I expected though.Instead of Fighting Others. You compete with them in competitions. Who kills the most monsters in a certain time, do an jump quest etc.The part that sucks, is that you'll need to buy PvP Tickets to join in the PvP or ...

Holy Arrow is kind of useless. It does almost the same damage of Magic Claw unless you intend to train on Undead Monsters. Even though heal would probably be better. You'll need max teleport, not sure about invincible and holy arrow.

Go reset your pin. Log onto the MapleGlobal site and go into info where all your characters are listed and click Pin Reset. Then go on your email and find the mail for the pin reset and yeah.
