I believe thieves boost 3 luk and 2 dex but on lv 40 it's 4 luk and 1 dex

I think they turn grey because the quest is too low leveled?

If you mean the package by duey, then that takes at least 24 hours i think.

In Perion: go 2 portals east, then take the upper portal (he is the only npc in that map)

They actually changed that monster in the pic's name to lonely mushroom I think. But I think the quiz is glitched anyway.

To me, the pants doesn't look right with the others - 7/10

They should have the event in probably 1 or 2 more weeks I guess.
