That I knew, the macro itself isn't the problem, like I said, my character isn't shouting out LUNARSTRIKE! like he's supposed to when he does it, and yes the box is checked off.

Been gone for like two years for some reason and I'm back to find a lot of changes, one of them is the addition of skill macros. What I'm wondering is why doesn't my character shout LUNARSTRIKE! when I activate it? I checked the box that says to shout it.

Yes, I know how to log a ticket, but you can't log a ticket because it's broken, if you try to go there you get 404'd.

Well, normally you would report it via the e-mail of inquiry option on the main site, but that's broken so I have no idea how you're supposed to report anything now. XD Sorry.

Seriously, I'd really like to know, how do you submit an e-mail of inquiry, that the e-mail of inquiry section is broken so you can check your ticket and see if they have an idea on how to fix your problem?

Oy, here's an update on the crashing problems for me, this time I actually got an error message.
Error code 5242880 (Unknown error 0x500000)
If that helps you guys figure out what's up for all of us who can't get on Hime.

I'll assume that Vista still has the same basic setup as 2000 in this regard, bottom left corner of the screen, click start, scroll up to settings, when your mouse scrolls on top of it it should expand out to show several other options, click control panel. The simplest solution of course would be to upgrade to Windows 2000, or to have never ...

Reimbersing me for the time between when it first started when the newest patch went live, and if or when the issue is finally resolved would be a good start, I paid good money for my cash shop items and I'm not particularly happy that they're getting closer and closer to expiring when I can't even play.

It may take a little while for the change to take effect most likely. Wait a bit and see if it works, or make sure you're typing it right.

Windows 2000, I refuse to downgrade to Windows XP, or worse yet, Windows Vista.
