Hime,  I Recently logged a ticket but it was ignored. Or closed or whatever instantly, so i was hoping maybe you could answer my question for me, I am currently 24/27 days for winning the Diligent Explorer Medal, and After the patch is finished I will not be able to Be online for 3 hours, Will this affect my Medal?
