Well yeah it's possible, but it's a lot harder.   When I first joined I was in scania, it was so darn hard to find a channel for HPQ, KPQ, CPQ, and yeah.

Mardia has a very good amount of people.   Windia has the best, not too many, not too little.   You want people for PQing, but you want SOME people so you can actually find a party at higher level PQs (MPQ, LMPQ, CPQ2, etc.)
