i think its part of a quest you can do if you have all the different monster erasers. eh, considering that the rare erasers practically dont exist anymore I doubt youll be finishing the quest. I havent seen the ones that stopped dropping in a very long time but I guess theyd cost 600m-1b each by now.

you cant really ever find many useful 100% scrolls from NPCs, the good ones come from monster drops or gach. Anyway, I know glove attack 100% scrolls come from Magita PQ for one

get some friends to pq with, otherwise youre out of luck. good design isnt something maple is famous for, its pretty unlikely this will get fixed. 

Bullet time is actually a lot more helpful for brawlers than it is for gunslingers so yeah, it's pretty much a brawler skill named as if it were for gunslingers :O

Ive heard of a few people who have, but most of the time nope. I know two people personally who wasted cards because of unscheduled maintenance (They had no way of knowing) and they didnt get any money back :P

Different races would be bad for the NX fun D: CS items that made you look like a big, umm, monster thing might be nice though. 

115-121 in one day of 4x (rep mules <3).   It was so not worth it. 

It really isn't fair :/   In other MMOs when things like this happen they roll back the items because the company themselves screwing up and giving some players an advantage just isn't right. But this is free2play, they don't care about much here, it's just something youve gotta expect with these games. Youre going to get screwed over again ...
