I have a question about Power Stance Skill book. After getting the quest, Talk to 4th job instructor, then talk to Spiruna. the next step is find the Lycan's plan. Is this Lycan's plan dropped from normal lycan that can be found in elnath dungeon?  

I know that the first requirement is to get 40 godddess feathers and after that is making the npc happy? How do you guys make him happy to the wristband? Thanks

I have 40 feathers just as the requirement of the quest, but I still dont get the wristband? If you know, tell me how to get it. Any technicians work on that yet?  

I've already had 40 feathers as the requirement to get Goddess Wristband.  When I speak to Wonky the Fairy, there are no option to get Goddess Wristband? Who has gotten the wristband, please tell me how! Thank You
