I can personally confirm that I have:   Done both Spiruna and Wiz's 51-70 quests. Gotten 40 feathers Fed Wonky Countless times.     It won't give me my wristband. I'm not happy.

Leeching should still be available.   But yes, I do think leeching should be cleaned up a bit. You should only be able to leech if someone in your party does a bare minimum of 1 Damage. You should only be able to leech from someone ONE JOBCLASS ABOVE YOU/UNDER YOU. (1st can go with 2nd. 2nd can go with 1st or 3rd. 3rd can go with 2nd or ...
