Yes you can all you have to do after you delete that character is log back on to your char make sure you're in ereve and talk to the dragon thing Sorry i forgot its name but it will let you make another one hope this helped.

I dont think they should have done this because a lot of people workrd to get to lvl 30 and now its like just giving it to people. Um someone probably already answered this but i searched and i couldn't find anything about it So here goes. If i buy a 2x exp card on saturday or sunday during the last 2x exp weekend event will i get 4x exp just wondering.
