For West - Europe you can use - 9 hours (= GMT + 1)

I tried that, but it didn't work..

I took the ring in the queens sight, without knowing the quest. I dropped the ring and and i get kicked out of the castle every time. I tried forfeiting the quest an take the quest again. Without resulst.. What can I do to complete the quest?
