Ariant seems to be a good place to train, especially Jr. Cactus. HPQ is good as well. Also, if you want free trips to Ariant (but not back...) do Manji's quest for levels 29 and under.  It's fairly easy (kill 10 dark axe stumps) and it gives you five free trips to Ariant without any wait.

Well, that teacher obviously plays favorites, and teachers like that are annoying.  I heard that I'm getting a teacher like that next month, but she was gone on maternity leave, so I haven't had her yet.  I'm frightened.
