You cannot buy items in the MTS with paypal nx, but you can still sell items. The paypal restriction for Gachapon is that you have to be level 30 to purchase the tickets. The only other restriction is that you can't buy items marked with a green nx symbol in the cash shop.

The forums are not for reporting users. Use the in game reporting function and send your screenshot in a ticket. Then learn from your mistakes and go on your merry Mapling way.
