How stupid. I want a refund

It's obviously a problem with the pendants that give bonus experience. It disconnects you EXACTLY 1 HOUR after equipping it (when it's supposed to boost even more exp per hour)

The window that comes up to create a Cygnus Knight pops up in the lower right corner of the game. I can't move it over, nor can I click on anything. I've tried this on three different characters and two different accounts.  

I'm having troubles while making a CK as well. I hope they resolve this as it seems to be only two of us that are having problems..

The one you helped me on?  It was way too expensive D= and the hat was so frustrating..
