Why ain't anyone following the rules?
Alot and most of the videos have graphics from inside the game and music made by others other than the entrant, and most of them are not even 20-30 seconds long.

It says no thirdparties or any of those sort of copyrights...so wouldn't screenshots be considered maplestory copyright? since they are the ones who created the characters o_o:: im so confused
