Is it possible to stop them cause 2 of my friends got keylogged, one was a night lord lv 129 i think ign is AssasinMo,but his things wernt stolen, my second friend is a theif lv 27 and an archer lv 16 and he got keylogged his olivia chair work glove and meso and such were stolen if possible fix the keylogging programs or shut them down thanks ^-^

Keyloggers are nothing Nexon can prevent.

You get keylogged from things you download that are sketchy. The most common cause is when people try to download hacks or meso generators. Be smart with what you download, keep to downloading only safe files (plus scan anything before you open/run it), and you'll be fine. In my four plus years I've never been keylogged or hacked as I know how to play it safe.

You should be scanning your computer REGULARLY with BOTH an "Anti-Virus" scanner AND an "Anti-Spyware" scanner.

 They do different things and look for different problems, so you need them BOTH.

 

Keyloggers are in the general category of "Spyware", so a program like "MalwareBytes"  or  "Spybot Search and Destroy" should be run on a regular basis to detect and remove "malware" like that.

 

If all you have is an anti-virus scanner (or if you don't have any protection at all), you NEED to install and RUN one (or both, as I do).

AND- keep them UPDATED so they can find all the NEW garbage (like keyloggers) that shows up daily on the Internet.
