I know a gm probably will never see this but the has to stop.

There's a kid in windia  igns:  GreatMinta and SoulBond and other ign's, who is a notorious d/c hacker and won't leave anyone alone.

I know if you're in windia you have heard of him and he has been doing this FOR WAY TOO LONG AND GOTTEN AWAY WITH IT, WHAT THE HECK ARE YOU GM'S DOING?  GET IT TOGETHER AND GET RID OF PEOPLE LIKE HIM.  Check his chat logs, log in logs EVERYTHING I DON'T CARE JUST GET OFF YOUR BUTTS AND GET RID OF THIS GUY.

While hackers and the like do need to be banned, the forums aren't the place to report players nor call them out. Either report the player in game, or log a ticket with any proof you have.

Posting on the forums simply starts debates over legit status, and even accusations are true, can be seen as harassment.
