Where is he? I know he is in Ludi but where? Please give me an exact location. Also, if you know any other quests for lvl 35 that  have summoning bags please tell me :)

Ok thank you. Are there any other low lvl quests that get summoning bags? Not roly-poly 6's quest because then i would have to do the other roly-poly quests

im not sure but you can get summoning bags by killing the golden pigs when you completed the compass. It's not much or a monster but you can still summon them.
