During the MapleStory .v79 update on November 11th all pending character transfers were processed. The issue has been resolved and transfer service resumed. If you have recently purchased a character transfer and have yet to be relocated, please wait until the next service check.

Wehave encountered an issue with MapleStory Character Transfers and atthis time we are unable to complete the service for those who haverequested it. We are actively working on the issue to resume theservice as soon as we can. Players who have bought transfer requestswill be placed on a temporary hold until the issue is fixed. Please donot cancel your transfer request at this time unless you do not want usto complete it. We will provide an update when the transfer service canbe resumed.
