Every time i download maple story and error pops up and say, the feature you are trying to use in on a network resource that is unavailable" " Click Ok to try again, or enter and alternate path to a folder containing the installation package 'Maplestory.msi' in the box, this always happens and it wont let me download maple story.

Check if you have uninstalled a previous or old version and reset your computer then try again.

No there is no nexon or maplestory anything in my computer , i deleted it all

is there any error code?

for example, error 1315?

You should use the Microsoft Windows Installer Cleanup Utility to remove the old MapleStory installer.

After doing so please re-run MSSetup.exe to install MapleStory.

You run it and follow the instructions to delete the old MapleStory that you find

(For Vista, you can find it when you click start, then type in windows install clean up and it should show it)

(For XP, I think you can find it by clicking Start and click All Programs and search for it from there

Whenever i download the game it goes through and all that stuff. But then when im installing it freezes at like 99%. i used to play MS but then it stopped working. ive been having this problem since. Its been about a year now and i still have not figuered andything out. Can someone help me?

Hey umm i cant get it to download and i used the windows install utility cleanup thing to remove and MS installers or w/e  But i didnt find a MS file or anything. Its still not working. Any suggestions? MY download stops during the process of installing. It just freezes at 99% of the installer being done. I really need help.

if you cannot download MSSetupV78 usibg the downloader

try downloading via the old fashioned way

Remember to click Save and not Run (for the old fashioned way), so you don't have to redownload the setup all over again if something happens
