If you're talking about the new event "PQ" in the Haunted Mansion, then no, its not at all meant for exp. Its basically part of the final quest in the quest chain to get the Olivia Chair. It is little good for anything else.
The term "wall of text" only applies to ignorants who do not bother to read their opponent's mostly perfectly valid arguments before immaturily attempting to counter them.
