The alliance I'm in has a bunch of room in it. Currently one mostly full guild, 95/100, and a couple that have around 20-40 people in them. I'll invite you if I see you online. We don't really have a level range, there's people from lv20, up to lv170, so as long as you're a pretty cool dude nobody will care much if you're considered a low-ish level.
