i never hacked or scamed in this game and i got banned until nov 27 7:17pm for using illeigal program or abusing the user terms, but like i said i never hacked or scamed ppl. also right bef4 i got banned i was at path of peril training on typhoons, there was another post here that another guy got banned and he was at the typhoon map too. Plz fix wat ever is happening. my account user character name is TheMan000123

First, I've locked your duplicate thread to keep replies in one place.

That said, any account issues, including ban appeals and inquiries must go through the ticketing system. It's the only way currently to contact anyone who can help with this issue.

The ticket system is quite bugged currently, so it may take many attempts before your ticket does go through. I would advise saving your ticket to your clipboard before sending just in case.

Most tickets should see a reply within a week, though it really does vary.

1 week is the absolute minimum, consider yourself extremely special if you get it within that time. Otherwise, it ranges from 1 week - 6 months - never. Yes, never. And that's not a joke. (Most people do get the reply within 6 months, though).
