The Upper Reaches of Orbis.

We all know the Angels live in Orbis, right? They can fly. They've got wings. So why not make a portal way at the top, that you need to jump up into, or maybe a hard bunch of ledges that you need to jump up to get there. And then you get into an area where you can jump higher, like in the underwater place...

 Kinda a dumb idea, but meh.
