So I got Heavens Hammer... love it.... been giving free leach with it so easy... now it say I have to regester it after I used a lvl 20 book that was success...... can some one tell me how or where to register a skill plz? it is useless now and just taking up space. How and why do I need to regester a skill? I just don't get it.
