-General Conduct-

 

Avatars and Signatures

 

This is for you to display a picture that represents you. Avatars are hosted by the forums but signatures are not. Please keep your signature to an appropriate size. Members with signatures deemed too large (i.e. taking up half the page) will be issued a warning. Also do not have avatars of signature depicting you with Nexon logos. That includes the Nexon company logo, and Game Master’s uniform/GM logo. Avatars or signatures with inappropriate content (foul language, adult material, offensive comments, etc.) may be edited or deleted as deemed necessary.

 

Respect Others

 

Opinions are valued on the forums-- yours and everybody else’s. Please keep all personal conflicts to yourself and have discussions, not arguments. If you disagree with another member, post your comment calmly so other can understand your point and feelings.  Do not insult other members’ intelligence. If a member gets on your nerves, do not go out of your way to insult them. Last but not least, treat others like how you want to be treated.

 

Posting/Thread duplicating/spam

 

When making a thread make sure it is related to the forums. This is a gaming forum and posting once is enough. If you accidentally double post, do not worry about it. There is no need to make another post apologizing. Please make sure to post in the appropriate forums and/or forums subsection. Posting in the wrong section will have your post moved. However, multiple postings of the same thread to get attention (bumping) will result in having all your threads deleted and a temporary suspension for spamming. Posting the same thread across different forums and subsections constitutes as spamming also.

 

Bumping is not tolerated. Purposely commenting on a thread over and over to get attention will have the thread locked/deleted and your forums privileges revoked.

 

If you have no business on the forums but to make inflammatory posts (aka trolling), you will be banned.

 

 

Threads Directed to GMs/Nexon Representatives

 

The forums are not the place for you to address your issue to a Game Master. This includes questioning your account suspension. Please contact customer service located in the Support section of our website for account related, ban inquiry, and billing related questions. GMs and Nexon Representatives do not respond on the forums. It is not their job to do so.

 

Threads requesting certain players to be banned can be interpreted as user harassment. Please use the in-game report function if you need to report a player for suspicious behavior, and if you need a CS/GM agent to assist you, please submit a ticket through our Customer Support.

 

Forum moderators are incharge of upkeeping and promoting the Nexon forum community. Being Customer Support on the forums is not their job. It is not their job to respond to your thread. Just because they do not reply, it does not mean they are not aware.

 

English

 

All threads posted on the forums needs to be written in English. We understand that English is not a native language for some members but please understand that the majority of our community are English speakers. Writing threads in foreign languages to single out certain members of the forums is not allowed. Please do your best to write in English so all members can understand.

 

 

-Forums Conduct Policy-

 

Misconduct

            Inappropriate images

·          This includes images placed in avatars, signatures, and post body that insult players; promote adult behavior and suggestive actions; violence; and/or pornography.

·          Screenshots and images you may think are funny may not be funny to others. Please keep all images G-rated.

 

Advertisements

·          Advertising FREE BAN!! cash websites, hacks, and inappropriate links will result in permanent suspension from the forums. Depending on severity, the account will also be banned in-game.

·          Promoting non-Nexon related games will result in temporary suspension of forums privileges.

·          Posting Nexon fan sites for other members to check out is allowed but spamming/creating multiples threads to advertise the website is not allowed.

·          Links to websites for personal gain is also not allowed.

 

Off-topic

·          Threads that have nothing to do with the Nexon specific game forum (i.e. posting about KartRider in the Audition forums) will be moved or deleted. Please go to the appropriate forums subsection for what you want to talk about.

·          Discussing/advertising games not published by Nexon on the forums may result in thread deletion and warning. This includes other versions of Nexon games licensed to other publishers. Please use your best judgment.

·          Spam posts will also be removed and a warning will be issued.

·          Failure to comply with the warning may result in forums privileges revoked.

 

Inappropriate forums ID

·          Immediate forums suspension even if that is your in-game character name.

 

Accounts

·          Threads asking for free, unused accounts will be deleted.

·          Post or someone else’s’ account information will result in a suspension.

·          Selling/trading accounts violates our Terms of Service and forums privileges will be revoked along with an in-game account suspension.

·          Account sharing will only lead to scams. Please protect your account by not giving your information to anybody for any reason!

 

Profanity/Inappropriate language

·          The Nexon community has a variety of audiences. Inappropriate language (including sexual and adult content) and profanityis not allowed on the forums. Curse filters are implemented for a reason. It is not for you to bypass. Language used to bypass the filter such as symbols, rearranged letters, etc. will treated the same as profanity. This includes substitute words.

 

Illegal Activities

·          Nexon does not promote nor allow illegal activity in anyway. That includes discussions about music downloads, private game servers, and/or illegal behavior. Threads with such discussions will be removed.

·          Activities that violate our Terms of Service and conduct will result in immediate forum removal. This includes discussing ‘hacks,’ ‘glitches,’ and ‘exploits.’

 

Ban Dodging

·          If you avoid your ban on the forums by posting with another account, your accounts will be permanently suspended from the forums.

 

Abuse

            Racism

·          Racism is not tolerated in any Nexon-related activities. Any sort of racist comment and/or derogatory name will result in immediate forums suspension. 

 

Slander/Malicious rumors about another player/member

·          This abusive behavior is not allowed and will result in a permanent forums suspension. Depending on severity of the violation, the account will also be banned in-game.

 

Impersonation

·          Impersonating another member of the forums or Nexon representatives will be suspended in-game and on the forums.

 

Flaming/Trolling

·          Inflammatory threads towards the games, players, and/or Nexon Representatives will be deleted and forums abilities may be removed.

·          Opinions are valued but refrain from having a thread turn inflammatory because it will be locked/deleted.

·          Trolling is when a member of the forums intentionally post inflammatory comments to incite others to do the same. Do not fall for the trap of a troll. Report the user and moderators will take care of it.

 

 

Forum rules of conduct are enforced at the moderators’ discretion along with the appropriate course of action taken on violators. Forum abuse may result in termination of game accounts, and all accounts associated with it.
