this is actually a interesting funny thing, it may be happening in other servers but scania is closer to me so. euh! *sticks out tongue*

in scania when it comes to any kind of spot it can be crowded, sometimes the littlest things are turned into ks wars but this post isnt about that...its about a specific guild...a guild called excellent...

this guild is the highest lvled guild in scania, alot of high lvls, and i believe have the most lvl 200s, but these guys are quite different from your normal pro guild...these guys dont normally hold the respectable things a guild would have...no these guys are vindictive, and they know it...

now excellent is a horntail guild that normally monopolize it, i mean they held the horntail altar for from what i was told a month in a half, making it hard for 4 other high lvl guilds to get in...these 4 are: synergy, zealous, benevolance, and eternity.

now ht altar holding is common but these guys hold the map even when they arent doing runs...and its become a major problem...because the more guilds that does this the more items are available, and the more there are the cheaper they become, but since excellent has been holding the map...this isnt the case...the prices stopped decreasing, and guilds have been unable to sell horntail necklaces and eggs, which is 650mil at least for both egg and pendant...and yet no word from nexon on how to resolve it...

now the next thing about excellent is they are aggressive..ie, they start ks wars with lower guilds in attempts to destroy them or get members to leave...now this happens quite a bit..infact it happened to a guild i was jr of...we zaked over their time slot aparently (i was busy so i didnt go) and they ksed the whole guild out, they are also ksing complex another guild being victimized by this...its like shoot on sight orders....this issue is still unresolved...

everyone knows excellent is bad...they got people on super megaphone braging about getting power lvled and ksing people but the problem is that its no resolution....i mean kill stealing wont help its like 6 level 200s no one wants to deal with that... i just want stability again in my own server.

now the whole deal with this is that from what i heard nexon received a hell of alot of tickets about it...some say they are closed others say they are open but never answered..i made this post to hear what you guys think? its also speculation that they are getting perma banned too but eh i doubt it...

It shouldn't be that way but if it seems that GMs aren'tdoing anything, they probably aren't because they already have their hands full with the Hacking sweep.  I'd say to stick it out but if it keeps happening and it seems that nothing is being done, then just move. 

You can't argue with insolence, especially if that insolence is in the form of a 13 year old loser who gets their kicks from KSing strangers in a 2D role playing game.

noo!! they are indescriminate, they banned lvl 200s before, even silverbg2 gets banned every now and then...and i couldnt leave server, this server has the people i consider family in it...

Wow, that's horrible.  I can't believe people in Scania would result in holding channels.  Unfortunately, I don't think Nexon can do much, since they've already placed in a 15 minute timer to kick people out.  It wouldn't be nice for nexon to set up another timer saying:

"You have 25 minutes to kill Horned Tail.  If you do not, you will be sent back to the Cave of Life."

since some people just take longer to kill Horned Tail compared to other guilds.  But then again, the longest Horned Tail run I have been to took 3 hours to finish, so I guess Nexon can change the starting timer from 12 hours to 6 hours, but I doubt that would help with the situation.

trust me you dont know the half of it....also something funny...earlier hackers hacked horntail...went down in like 5-20 minutes...good going hackers.

wow...the only guilds strong enough to do that takes at least a hour..except for synergy they can do it in 40 or less minutes.

its a shame though....everyone knows about excellent...and they even have a un-legit division..you know when guilds have seperate smaller guilds...yeah they did that too... those guys are bad..not all of them but enough of them.

I completely agree with the OP. People don't realize how important this issue really is. I left maple for four months (because I was in college and couldn't find the time to play), and when I left, lots of guilds were HTing, including mine. While I was gone, a few friends told me how HT item prices were finally deflating because more guilds were able to HT... But now, because of this Excellent guild dilemma, prices have shot up. If I want Bliz30, I would have to pay 400mil for it, whereas if I had been able to buy is say a month and a half ago, it would have been anywhere from 20-60mil. I don't have 400m. ._.;; And I'm sure there's tons more people in my situation. =/ I think Nexon should take some sort of action. I mean come on, a guild full of e-bullies?! Seriously.

They are not all jerks, they play the game and beat the system. As does anyone who wants to get ahead in life or in maplestory, hell i do it. The matter of the fact is that you play a game to win and that is what most of us are doing. I know plenty of Veng people that worth my time and are not as infamous as people say they are.

 For the Horntail situation, well it is become a problem but most of us already have every item needed. Would we like to make money off selling the items ? yes so i can say that we are working on the situation and ..fighting fire with fire.

The Ksing situation with Veng, same old same old. Except we dont let them push us around, and we have kicked them off maps and we have ruined there 4x training. The only difference is that we dont brag about it... as much.

So, where is the statistical evidence to support the your claim?  Perhaps you can say that most of the people in the guild, Eternity, has all the horntail items, but don't go beyond that without conducting a survey and doing proper statistical analysis. You are even worst than Nexon during the Bigfoot glitch when they banned the fastest levelers in the game and didn't have the statistical evidence to prove that they actually abused the Bigfoot glitch.
