In order to assist players in a more timely fashion with their banning related concerns we have decided to answer some of the most commonly asked questions. It is our sincere hope that this will help players understand various banning issues and how they relate to their account. Please read through each section thoroughly before submitting any new tickets.
Appealing the bans or ranks of others:
While we appreciate your concern for your friends or family we would suggest that you encourage them to submit a ticket of their own. Due to our privacy policies we are not able to share information regarding accounts with anyone but the account owner themselves. Any questions not regarding the account from which the ticket was submitted will not be answered.
Appealing the rank block of your own account:
If there is any hacking history on your account and it has been removed from the rankings it will not be released from its rank block under any circumstances. Rankings will not be available on any banned account for the duration of the ban, however once an account’s ban has been lifted only those accounts banned for hacking will be reviewed for a permanent rank block. If you have no hacking history and your account appears to be rank blocked then this would be the only reason to submit a ticket for a rank block appeal.
Please be aware that this also applies to players who were found benefiting from hacking such as leeching as well as grouping with a hacker or having another account that has been banned for hacking.
Appealing the ban of your own account:
Please note that we get many requests to lift bans that have been placed upon accounts. If you have already appealed your ban and have been denied, any new requests will not be honored. Submitting duplicate tickets for an issue that has already been addressed is considered abuse of the ticketing system and is not allowed.
If your account has been banned for NX Fraud or illegal funding, you will need to submit a ticket into the “Billing” category with the “Banned for billing issue” sub-category. Please be sure to have your transaction ID’s available as they will be required when submitting the ticket. Be advised that if a transaction has already been completely refunded as a chargeback through PayPal the account will not be released under any circumstances.
Appealing for extensions on Cash Shop items:
We will not extend the time on any item if time on your Cash Shop items was lost due to a ban. Please do not submit tickets requesting time extensions as they will not be honored.
