Ehm, maybe you might not get the title, but I'll explain it here. BE SURE TO READ THE WHOLE THING CAREFULLY BEFORE REPLYING.
First, you enter /createAC in the chatbox, and it displays a message saying "Create an Advanced Chatroom?" and Yes/No buttons. Upon clicking Yes, a message will be displayed in the area saying, "(Username here) Has created an Advanced Chatroom!", and you are immediately transported to a custom area, but for now, it is completely blank and white, with you standing on a black line. There is an editing window to the top-right of the screen, which you can minimize if you wish. Inside the editing window are several options, starting with a Height and Width control, (There should be a max, but I don't know.) and a theme select. Any Maple World location you have been to with that character is elligible for theme selection.
Once you select a theme, (For now, let's say... Orbis.) You get to select "Tiles" and place them on the map. Certain tiles can be stood on, while others are just for scenery.
In Tile-placing mode, (There is a button in the window) You can place tiles seen in the areas of the theme you selected, such as different platforms, along with edges, and basically everything seen there.
You can also enter a walk-on tile select, in which you can transform scenery tiles into walkable states, or make walk-on tiles intangible, without changing the graphic.
You can also alter the slope with a slope selector, and can make the tiles impassible on the sides and bottom if you wish. Using all these features, you can create your own stage!
When you are finished with your stage, you can move your character around by normal means and test for things that you would rather not have in parts of your stage.
The stage you have created is merely for chatting, and cannot be used effectively for anything else whatsoever. The guests can spawn any monster they have killed in the past 15 minutes before they entered the chatroom, but must request the host's permission before every summon.
(By the way, the host is the player who created the Advanced Chatroom. Also, the permission thing is another message window for both ends. Guest: Spawn this monster? Yes/No. Host: (Username) Wishes to spawn (Monstername) . Allow? Yes/No. The host does not require permission to spawn a monster.)
These monsters will not give EXP or drop mesos, and are simply for fun, but they can hurt you. Speaking of which, if you die in the custom chatroom, you will not lose any EXP whatsoever, and you can simply respawn back inside the chatroom. Attacking or using skills does not drain MP, stars, or arrows, but potions are unusable.
Outside the chatroom, there is a transparent image of the user who created the chatroom in the place where they entered the command, and other users can click on it and recieve a message saying "Join the chatroom?" And Yes/No buttons. (Because of possible mistakes, pressing space will not ask to join the chatroom.) The host, on the other hand, recieves a message saying "(Username) Is requesting to join. Accept?" With Yes/No buttons. The guests who enter can spawn monsters with permission, but can not edit the stage.
To prevent recovery use of the chatrooms, the guests who leave the chatroom enter the real game with the exact same HP and MP they had back when they asked to join the chatroom.
This idea allows the players to unleash their creative side in the game, and will no doubt increase the player count. Also, I'm betting most of us would appreciate if this did not require Nexon cash to do.
