Well Nexon's definition of hacking in the ToS is "Playing the game as it wasn't intended"

Well, I think they wanted the boomers to multiply, but not quite have somebody mist them, or use them to get massive amounts of exp and drops.

Yes they intended them to multiply, but did they intend them to have an overly massive spawn, lag out a map, and get massive exp for low level characters? Last time I checked Nexon wanted people to work for there levels, not sit there have a fire mage mist a map and hold down an attack key while trying to stay on a ledge.

Hacking, isn't necessarily using tools, it's taking advantage of open oppurtunities. No matter how you go about it.

When I look at it, I see it this way. There is a bug in the game, that lets people vac monsters by using a program. When you look at boomers, I really see no difference them, and a vac that causes immense amount of lag.

The difference is the hack modifies the client which is in violation of the agreement with Nexon which they make to protect their copyrights.  The boomers were designed by Nexon and do exactly what was programed - no modification.

Hacking is modifing the client, glitching is abusing programming bugs, and boomers are neither.  They have been changed since they were first released.  They have to have an hp of 1 to duplicate now.
