I'm not mad at Sleepywood, I just dont like 99% of the maple community because they are idiots including the sleepywood moderators.. I make new accounts to make comments to morons.. I have an active account from febuary 07 ( if you didnt noticed Im stickied in the Sleepywood theater, currently I use sleepywood to stay in contact with a few friends and read up on any bowman changes in patches).. and the proof is in the pudding my friend :)

nah, I'd believe this glitch. there was a patch remember? ever since I started playing maple almost every patch brings a flurry of new glitches, even in unmodified places (like 80k orbis wtf.) Its what maple patches are made for, adding glitches

i just tested this  glitch out, i rode the stork back and forth multiple times, dropped mesos, danced jumped up and down, changed channel multiple times, i rode it 20x times and no auto ban...

so yeah..

I did it for about 30 mins before my mule got banned. Other said they have tried it and nothing happeneds, other said they have tried it and got banned. It's a random occurance. Not all glitches affect players the same way.

the glitch is about dropping and looting money on the stork. the fact, simple and plan, is that the autoban registers something strange about this situation, and it bans.

i believe it. i've never seen a program withou bugs and glitches, and maple is full of bugs and glitches.

I've ridden on the Stork a lot and I've never ended up back where I started and I've never been banned for it.  When it first came out I experimented some drop stuff, atk, etc...  but I haven't reacently since I got tired of it.  Is this supposedely a new feature since the patch?  And I take it that it only activates if you do anything like atk or drop mesos?

The auto-ban doesn't just accidentally activate and ban you. You did something to activate it. The auto-ban works through GameGuard and not the MapleStory game engine. Either you have something installed on your PC that activated the GameGuard Auto-ban such as Steam or another program that can be detected as a hack utility, or you were actually hacking and though you could get by the last update of GameGuard.

The auto-ban is a fail safe feature of Maple. Because it's not a part of MapleStory itself. You were caught and busted. End of story.

We can't seem to gather enough information about how this glitch is triggered. And auto-ban must be delayed, some people got banned from this after they walked around a bit, I couldn't even get my mule banned right away  but we do know the glitch has happened and more than once.

 I just wish there were a way to go about investigating this though honestly the players should be the ones to have to invetigate it, it should be left up to the company. I guess I'll have to have some faith in Nexon and them knowing that there are plenty of glitches occuring since the most recent patch whether they have said so or not. But its' kinda sad that players get the automated message when they get auto-banned. It's like pointless to even follow the rules of Ban Appeal Inquiry because no one is actually reading your appeal.

This has been happening since the .49 patch, if people have been saying they have gotten banned before in my opinion it serves no relevance. o.o I don't think there has been a time when GMS hasn't  been plagued with some errors after patches.

I can get to Mu Lung just fine without glitching or anything.

If I DO encounter this bug or problem, I will tell you otherwise. But apparently, I have had no similar problems :P

No, I got banned for using the hak npc from Mu Lung to Herb Town.

 

You can't drop any mesos between those two towns and in the ride, since there is no ride.
