Hello -Hime-, i was wondering, seeing as there are currently hundreds of publicly available private servers to play on, why is nexon not doing anything about them? Considering you guys make such a big deal about it infringing your copyrights. Enlighten me on the ways of nexon.

Still with my facts, tons of servers are still up and running or as running as a private server can, Yet no legal activity has been shown from nexon in weeks, although the delicate legal system does appeal to me the servers and the hosts should be taken down at any rate.

There are many many private servers out there, they as well don't always need to constantly file out C&D orders. They might be building up a bunch to send out. As well, it takes quite some time to get the required legal work done.

hmmph, I doubt Nexon will ever destroy PS forever, there's tons of forums going on. It's just an infection Nexon CAN't get rid of. Just gotta learn to accept it. Blizzard did with wow.

hello requester,nexon does do something about those servers,

i has a bro who played a private server but then the admin got an email from nexon agents commending him to close the server,

or eles they will have to take actions aginst him and he will be illigely sued.
