It already is compatible.... I've ran maplestory on W7 Build 6516, 6801, 6956, 7000 beta, and 7100 RC1 with no problems whatsoever, running nVidia Prelease WDDM 1.1 drivers. Of course, this is in VMware, running a Q9300 + GTX260.

This is really unfair. because a lot of events happen in summer and people who go to vacations can't participate. I'm in tawan right now and i can't play maple global and i really want the agent equipmemts and by the time  I get back. Its gone PLLLEEEEAAASE fix this problem somehow. alot of people are saying the exact same thing.

Google it. I  wasted m frekin time looking at it and trying to resolve it.

i opened maplestory, i started logging on, everything was fine, i chose my character, and i appeared. after a few seconds, my game stopped and said,'unable to connect to the server,please try again'.  then, i started to relog back in, and halfway through, maplestory closed and a window popped up saying 'you have been disconected from the login server.please try again later'. i need help please.

For some unknown reason, MapleStory works better when you do not install it and record it in the Windows registry.  If you can find a friend with a working MapleStory, copy the MapleStory folder, the directory tree is about 1.4 Gbytes, to your PC. Then, create a shortcut and execute MapleStory.

 

Did you ever fix this ? because im having the same problem
