Yes. Almost everyone shares this view, but the fact of the matter still remains. Nexon needs a stable flow of income to support itself. If nexon were to make clothes and such permanent, they would lose a large portion of their income. Less money means an inability to pay for workers and searching for a new source of income.

To just wrap up what I'm sayin.... Cash Shop keeps Maple free to play .=)

 we have the same number of players as Nexon Korea, and they have permant clothes since so long time, what more you need ? :P

But I don't think KMS has nearly as much NX fraud as we do.

Personally I agree with you, I'd love to keep my NX clothes as well, especially since some are deleted in the next server check. However, I think because GMS runs a little bit differently from KMS, we will be stuck with 90 days for most CS items. >.<

What I'd like more is to have something like water of life for clothing, so I can just renew my CS clothes for another 90 days at a little less price, and still be able to use the clothes even if they are not available in CS anymore.

Hmm... I don't know anything about JMS or CMS, but I thought in CMS they would have some NX fraud as well... don't know how CMS could have their clothes permanently. Maybe they don't have fraud as well? XD

If Im repeating an idea someone already gave, it is my mistake since I just joined the forum.

I strongly agree, but I'm going to  add a little more to it. The more you renew the cloths, the less the price to renew it will be lower. Though I know that most people would not wear the same cloths during their whole time when playing MS. It is possible to get to 0NX to renew, but I don't think anyone would waste so much money to renew the same cloths, unless they aren't bore of it.

EX:

Player buys cloths.

Player wants to keep cloths.

Cloths are about to expire.

Player renews or as Riseran said, use water of life on it.

Player decides to renew again after they are about to expire.

Let's say in order to but water of life, you'll need 6k NX, well depending on the amount of cloths you want to renew.

Now, this is the second time the player decides to renew, so this player will get a discount.

Well, the discount is of course on the water of life cash item.

Well, this goes on and on and on.

 

Ohhh! Another point to mention. Developers could make the renewal limited, but that would stink.

Well, I like that its 90 days for this reason... not everyone has nx, and 3 months is a long. [I like it how noobs dont have nx or the other nxless people :D] If it was forever, too many people would have nx. Also if nx was forever, nexon wouldnt make any money am i right?

Weekly/Monthly Cs Updates.  People will buy new clothes when they want to exchange their old one.  I'm sure everyone would like to change their style once in a while, instead of keeping the same clothes.
