Why ain't anyone following the rules?

Alot and most of the videos have graphics from inside the game and music made by others other than the entrant, and most of them are not even 20-30 seconds long.

 If the rules have changed for some reason can i please get noticed here by a reply? Ive read the rules over and over on the website and it says all that and include the sponsor slate last.

 
*Btw i honestly think putting a video thats 20-30 seconds long on Maplestory's website would be better than watching a long 1 minute + video*

 well according to the "rules" it has changed. it's "at least 20 secs" now only. and since this is for maplestory, maplestory music and screenshots or anything with nexon are allowed. Unless using third party usage such as i.e britney spears music...then that's considered disqualification

but im not certain so yeah...

whoops didnt mean to add that many i was trying to say that people who are saying that the video has to be 20-30 seconds are wrong the rules that nexon put out specifically said the video had to be atleast 20 seconds long thats it never said 20-30 seconds.
