Does anyone know the fix to the new error code

hey guys i have a big problem with patching. when i ran maplestory on my laptop and pressed play it would show the bottom loading but it would be stuck at 0.0kb and a window pops up that say "the connection with the server could not be established". I know my internet is working good since my other computer works. Also i know my laptop works fine since i played maplestory on it the day before. So i tried deleting the maplestory and reinstalling which went fine. Except now instead of saying the connection with the server could not be established it says navigation to the page was canceled. -_-. Nothing seems to work. Also i turned off my firewall while doing it, and i dont have any anti-virus programs at all and i dont have any viruses which im sure. I have windows vista and i even did the compatibility thing which didnt help at all. So i did system restore and now its back to original problem where the patch is stuck at 0.0kb. SOmeone plz help. =(

The main question is, does the internet work for you on THIS computer. If not, you need to get that resolved first.

Yea my internet works on all my computers. -_-. my laptop is new and its having trouble with maplestory wheras my windows xp computer is fine. Both computers' internet works. O.o

hi, I'm new here and I got a problem in the login screen, clicking on "guest login" or putting my real account it says "greetings! to play maplestory you have to sign up in www.mapleeurope.com."  I even created an account in this website, in Europe region but it still says this message. What should I do?

I've Been Having some Issues as well. I Don't know why, but When I try to login to maplestory, I can't type. I can mash the whole letterboard but nothing shows up. oddly enough, the spacebar, backspace, and d-pad works. How Can I get maplestory to let me type in my login/pass?

Hey after I download MS and try to run it, the last window for the installment wizard, there's a pop up showing :

"Error 1325. Favorites is not a valid short file name."

This computer just got reinstalled due to a virus, and my dad's friend made the whole computer Chinese, but it is still American based.  The Favorites on my computer doesn't work.  Internet Explorer has no Favorites, and the Favorites folder doesn't have a star as it's folder.  I'm wondering if you can help me with that because I've tried looking for solutions but no dice ><. Thanks.

Well, I don't know if this topic goes in with this topic but...I don't know if this happens to anyone elses Maplestory, but whenever I try to start Maplestory it says that the client closed because of a server check but I checked the website and there are no server checks...This is really bothering me because I love Maplestory and I can't play

In the previous version of MS I and many other maplers have been able to run MS in windows compatibility mode, since the new patch nexon has blocked compatibility mode because we may have "ill intentions". I have sent in many tickets in regarding this issue but I am always told to run in compatibilty mode. Do you not realize that we CANNOT run in it anymore? I would very much respect a person responce instead of a automated responce like many other gm's (no names) have given me.
