Re: U.S. Time Zones - Look here

If I remember right,  Arizona uses mountain time during non-daylight savings time, and then central time when everyone else begins daylight savings.  I'm not 100% sure since I don't actually live in Arizona (this just happens to be something that an admissions counselor at University of Phoenix told me), so my time zones may be off.  I AM SURE however that Arizona utilizes 2 different time zones instead of using daylight savings time.  Also, for those who use windows and don't know their timezones:  double click on the clock at the bottom right of the windows start/tool bar.  click on the tab that says Time Zone, and from there, as long as it's set up correctly, it'll tell you what time zone you're in (if not, it'll tell you a wrong time zone).  Hope this helps.

    for those who don't know:

EDT and EST are the same.

It simply means: Eastern Daylight Savings Time and Eastern Standard Time.

Same goes for PST and PDT etc...

The only abbreviation they use is PST (ignore GMT) that is Pacific Standard Time or just Pacific Time.

It's pretty obvious, EST, MST, CST. I'm sure you can figure it out now.

    pinballwzd:

Hime if you could please sticky this. It should be very useful on cutting down on useless posts.

*PLEASE no one else post here. I'll keep this bumped until Hime notices it.  Thanks!

You can really ignore the AM/PM That's just an extra. So if the start time is 11:00am PST, you find that and go down the chart so 11:00am PST = 2:00pm EST and the end time is 1:00pm PST = 4:00pm EST.  Now, here's hoping the formatting holds up when I hit submit. If not maybe we can all wait for Hime to help with an edit!!

Re: U.S. Time Zones - Look here

You sure can do that, but unfortunately none of the many, many people that came here to make hundreds of pointless "what time does the patch end" threads could do that.  Smile

Re: U.S. Time Zones - Look here

This is simple addition and subtraction.. who would be stupid enough not to know the time..

Take me for instance, I'm 15 hours after PST time. Takes 2 seconds to figure out when 2x Exp events or w/e is on.
