Keep trying to log a ticket, it should go through eventually. That said, you can do a few things on your own.

How to reset/recover your password:

Head on over to MapleStory's website.

Click the "FIND P/W" link under where you would normally log in.

Before proceeding with this next step, make sure you still have access to your email you signed up with. If you proceed and then do not have access to your email, you will be locked out of your account.

Fill in your passport and birthdate, and click "OK."

Check your email and click the link provided, you should be able to log in to your account now.

How to reset your PIN:

Log in to the main website at maplestory.nexon.net.

Click the information button beside your characters picture.

Click the PIN reset button. (Make sure you have access to the email you signed up with)

Check your email, click the verification link provided and confirm the reset.

There we are.

Glad it works now. I was kind of curious at first before reading this as there's no real way to change your birthday or last name. Anyways, glad you have it back.
