i won the 4 candles MS 4th anniversary for 25k NX and my name is on the list of the winner and i keep checking my email for the notification BUT for 5 months i havent received it...............................and im just really disappointed you didnt know how happy i was when i won the prize.

your best bet to fix this issue would be to log a ticket

 

the system is glitched so you have to keep pressing back and then submit until it goes thorugh just be patient, copy what you are trying to submit so that you won’t have to keep typing it over and over

the ticket log is screwed up i tried logging in a ticket after my first one disappeared and the thing just wont let me nexon the people on the maplestory game that abuse the glitch is still there

Depending what section you logged the ticket in, it may have auto-closed, it will still be read, and you can see it under your closed ticket section.

Yeah... it's a pain but you just have to keep trying. I really do hope they fix the ticketing system soon, worst case, maybe it will change when Block Party comes out. One can dream!
