    When i open my game then its a black screen and i go to desktop automaticly then says error... and some 0x(numbers and letters..) what do i do to fix it?? i have account but i cant enter my login screen... in the game

    When you encounter a problem like this, you should ALWAYS Log a Ticket on the Nexon Support page so that they can know what is happening and so that they can hopefully fix it during the next patch.

    could you give me the exact numbers and letters after the 0x (some numbers)?

    you can also go to my pinned thread, FIXES FOR MULTIPLE PROBLEMS, that is located in the technical support section and see if your problem is listed on it..
