Nexon, please help me.  When I'm trying to buy nx, this message just shows up: 

This transaction has been determined as high risk causing the verification process to fail. Please ensure that your paypal billing information is correct and no methods are being used to misrepresent your billing location.

Error 

I've been searching around the internet in hope of figuring out what the problem is, and they all say that it's something with my adress. They say it might not be the same as it's "supposed to be".

Could it possibly be cause I've changed my primary E-mail adress on my PayPal account?

I would be very happy if you could help me to solve this problem.

Q: When I try to charge NX by PayPal, I see this error “The transaction process could not be completed. Please re-check your billing information and make sure that all the required fields are filled in correctly”.

 

A: There are a couple of reasons that explain this error. When you verify your information, something does not match your PayPal information. It could be the wrong address, phone number, out-dated/expired credit card information, etc. Because the information does not match up, PayPal will not let the transaction go through.

 

Another reason you may see this error is because of an account block. Blocked accounts are associated with fraudulent charges. Do not use a BAD BAD BAD to purchase NX via PayPal.

 

Long story short make sure everything is up to date.Dont use a program to hide your real location. Maybe try buying the nx from the computer at the actual billing location (EX: Billing location is your dads house but your at your moms house trying to buy the nx)

You could always log a ticket for further help from a GM....

fill out info

then press submit its glitched so you have to keep pressing back and then submit until it goes through just be patient :D

 Dont know if the above steps still works its been like 6 weeks since ive been on the forums  so i dont know if they updated the ticket system or not....

Try changing your paypal email to match your maple account email just a suggestion......

This message is a excuse from Nexon for blocking the majority of all non-American players from using PayPal, maintaining the illusion that we, officially, are still able to use it as an alternative for NX cards.

Logging a ticket will not help. I have done it thrice, and they will only repeat the same things to you - check your account info, blah blah blah. The second time, I actually recieved an exact copy of the response to my first ticket despite me specifically stating facts that directly contradicted those responses.

My account info has always been the same and has always been accurate since I started playing five years ago, and I could charge perfectly well by then. The conclusion is that Nexon has deliberately blocked certain regions by labeling them 'high risk'. This issue originally started in Winter 2006-07, conveniently at the same time when the MTS was released.

 Try to use PayByCash. This is the only thing Nexon will tell you, anyway. PBC conveniently started accepting credit cards when the MTS taxes were changed. Plus, you save having to wait for two weeks to get the exact same advice from the ticket system.

The term "wall of text" only applies to ignorants who do not bother to read their opponent's mostly perfectly valid arguments before immaturily attempting to counter them.

I used to get this exact same message, despite having used the same PayPal account for years, and having a premier business account (with no send or receive limits). I could charge fine for ages, then I had this problem for a while, then it was back to normal, and now I get the same problem as a lot of people, being the "error during login" message.

Of course, I sent a ticket, and of course, Nexon replied with the same old they usually do. Told me that my account can no longer use PayPal, with no explaination as to why. I replied back in a new ticket asking for an explanation, and telling them that my PayPal account is about as low risk as can be, yet their reply was essentially "stop e-mailing us, tough that you can't use PayPal".

The only option now is PBC, which weirdly is better than PayPal, since it's charged to be in Euros (meaning my bank doesn't charge a fee for a USD transaction), and you can use PBC in the MTS and gift with it.

I would have prefered a proper reply from the imbeciles at Nexon though. I just don't see why they can't stop being complete [censored!] and actually give decent explanations.

Sometimes i hate going to the store to get nx, I really just want to pay by credit card, but like no it says "Log in Error" everytime i press the Paypal Button >.>  Help?

A: Due to large amounts of fraudulent charges, certain regions have been blocked from using PayPal to charge NX Cash. Do not use proxies to bypass the block as it may result in account termination. NX Cash can still be purchased via PayByCash and NX Game Cards (if available in your region).
