I want to be able to run maplestory in windowed mode, I am running OS Windows 7. Can anyone help me with my problem?

Most of us don't have Windows 7, people use Windows Vista, or better: Windows XP, try re-downloading MapleStory or switching to Vista/XP if you can.

I don't know where you get that but I know a lot of people that use or are going to use window 7. Nexon should fix this problem because a lot of people I know in game have the problem, including me.
