I bought a $25 Nexon Cash card, redeemed it, but I was unable to purchase a Character Transfer because it said "You cannot purchase this if you have been blocked at least once." However, I have never been blocked from the game (all characters still on ranking as well). I logged a ticket asking if I was ever banned, even if it was for a minute, and that was logged about five days ago.
Does it usually take this long to get a response to a ticket? Would my ticket be bugged? I have looked up this problem and found out that other people have gone through this and had it resolved, but it has taken several ticket logs to actually get it fixed. If this keeps up, several tickets may take about a month or two.
