    Status: Waiting for GM

    I submitted a ticket about scamming on October 31st at night. It was closed with no response that same morning and the status says "Waiting for GM."

     I don't see why they closed my ticket and still gave that status. I've been checking everyday now and it still says the same thing. Now I'm beginning to think that due to the lengthy explanation in the ticket, they closed it without bothering to read it at all. I took a long time and plenty of effort/grammar to write up that ticket, I feel a bit angry that they just closed it so quickly.

     I don't want to resubmit it because I'm afraid I'll get banned or something along the lines of that.

    Every ticket will be read.

    Do you know what category you submitted your ticket under? Some categories including Feedback auto close so you are able to log other more pertinent tickets if the need arises. They still will be read, though most likely won't get a reply unless needed.

    Hi Grant. I am 99% sure I submitted it in the appropriate category: Harassment > Scamming.

     Do you think they'll ever reply to my ticket? I also asked a question that was not in the ToS in my ticket and am dying to know the answer.

    They might, I'm not certain. They will read it, and if you have a question, they should reply once they do. Either way, once they've read it, the Waiting for GM status should change to closed.
