I can't find this place called the underground temple

I was supposed to go there at lvl 10

I'm lvl 27 now

I started getting worried I'd lose skill points or whatever

the underground temple is in victoria dungeon on the road towards balrog  when u get to the cave of lost light II then go the the hidden portal in the right corner when u get ther then look for the rope, climp down of it and u come to YET another passage but this one leads u to the underground temple

 then i dont see what u want ther its the room for the balrog party quest for 50-70      70-200

You don't need to worry about that- the Underground Temple is the name of the new area where the Balrog boss hides. Despite what the game claims, this is not a level 10 quest- the boss there is at least level 70. :(.

And don't worry about losing skill points- the Balrog quest has nothing to do with skill points. As long as you made the job advancement at level 8 or 10 (depending on your class), you're fine. :).
