Its in new leaf city. Go to kernig city and enter the subway. Talk to the fat guy in the fancy clothes in the subway to buy a ticket. Double click on the turnstile to enter the train. The train departs every 5 minutes, so wait for it. When you get to new leaf city, go to the far left side of the map. Click on the taxi cab that looks like a humvee and it takes you to the haunted mansion for free.

Hey,

 

I guess you mean tombstones, if you've got the required number go to the Library and drop down to the bottom of the map. Run along and look for the teddy bear and stand in front of it while pushing up. You'll teleport within the map, go in the first door you see.
