Well a long time ago, MapleStory's YouTube channel said something about own a house. We all know that you can't own a house in MapleStory, but... wouldn't it be a good idea? Instead of just one person per house... why not make it like a dorm for guilds? That way, people can decorate it, customize it and show it off?!
Here's how it works:
The Guild Leader could buy a "dorm room" at the Guild HQ from a npc located at the right side of the map. You have to pay 5 mil for a room, which would kind of make sence because if you want to buy a house, it usually costs alot of money. While buying the room, you can select what kind of style you would like to have. For example, you can have a Henesys style house (Mushroom-like house), Ellinia style house (Treetop or Tree house kind of like), etc etc etc. Once you finish, you can access the dorm rooms by talking to some NPC located in every town (or at least the popular towns).
To get into the room, you talk to the NPC and type in which Guild room you like to go in. Just type in the name and you will be there.
Example: I type... let's say... GuildA, the NPC will transfer me to the front door of GuildA. If it doesn't exist, then the NPC will say "This guild has no current dorm room. Please select another guild."
To buy furniture, you talk to the same NPC, and he/she would sell stuff like tables, lamps, sinks, etc. If you have a chair, you could also use it as "furniture". To place the furniture, there will be a NPC outside of the house. When you click on him/her, it'll give you an option to place furniture inside the room (and if so, noone should be inside the house and it will be locked) or to move out. It's a Drag and Drop proccess for placing furniture btw.
