I was wondering if anyone is having the same issue and if so has anyone figured out a solution for the problem.  I'm trying to charge my account with money from paypal and everyone looks like its gonna go through but when i hit submit it tells me "an existing paypal account is on record for this passport id.  Please use the appropriate paypal account until the reset date"  I mean i didn't know we had certain paypal accounts linked to our passport ids and where do i find the reset id, i usally use 2 different paypal accounts depending so it doesnt make sense that I would have an account linked to me.  It's very frustrating when I'm trying to buy permanet items before they go away in the cash shop and would like to have this issue fixed.  Thanks for the help  

I have a similar issue with PayPal.  Can't charge PayPal for over 2 weeks now though I've used it successfully on other sites this past weekend.  Assumed the Nexon problem would be fixed when the rankings/site was fixed.

But I am still getting this:

I'm not "misentering" anything, I never even get the chance.  Just one click and denied.  Yes, I logged a ticket but now I'm frustrated that others are able to charge PayPal yet I cannot on any acct from any of the 4 computers I've tried.  Seems like it's not Nexon's site and is something directly related to my acct.  Makes no sense.

I have the same problem, and I havent even charged with my ID yet, how the hell can it deny me from charging and say there's an existing ID on it if ive NEVER charged it before?

I logged 2 tickets to Nexon support, the first telling me that its a "security feature" while the second just denies all responsibility saying that its the problem with the paypal company and that I have to contact them. I mean how in the friggin 7 reincarnations can it be PAYPAL's problem when I've NEVER charged nx onto this account before? I NEVER HAD a paypal account before this...
