Hello, I've tried logging a ticket, it's not working, so i thought i'd try the forum, about 2 weeks ago, I've purchased 10k nx with a pay by cash card, and i got an email from pay by cash saying it was accepted by nexon, and on the nexon site that it was also accepted, but there was no 10k nx in my account when i logged into MS, and there is still nothing in my account. On my transaction log tho, it says that i purchased 10k nx with it. But it hasn't shown. D: (Is nexon ripping me off? >.<) 

 

I was wondering if this has happened to anyone else? Does it takea  while for it to process through nexon or something? Please shed some light on this D:

How long ago did it say the payment was accepted and that you should have gotten your NX?

If it's been a few days, you might want to try that ticket again, it's quite broken, so you really do just have to keep trying until it will go through. If it's only been a day or so, perhaps it will sort itself out shortly.

i said "about 2 weeks ago" so yeah, and it said it accepted it on the same day, from both companies, pay by cash, and nexon. :/

 

Ah, I didn't realize you used one of the Ultimate Game Cards there. If both have said it should be there, keep trying to log that ticket. It'll take some time sadly, but it's really your only option for getting it looked into that I can see.

Hi, i have a similar problem, i am from mexico, and i use the bank transfer option in paybycash, toworrow would be two weeks after i make the deposit to get 60k of nx, and i havent recieved a mail from pybycash r nexon telling me the money has been acepted, im really desperate because these was the first i purchased nx. Any suggestions???

Have you checked with your bank to see if the funds have been taken by PayByCash? If they have, you might want to contact PayByCash to see what the delay is as it seems it is on their end, as they haven't said they've got the funds yet.
